Clean and Organize
If you're like most mothers, the more cluttered and dirty your house is, the more stressed you become, even though you're super busy and just not able to clean it the way you want to. Take a deep breath, then take some time to clean and organize your house. Start with the areas you work in and live in the most. Try setting a timer and cleaning and organizing for 15 minutes at a time. Then do something else that you need to do, rinse, and repeat. Don't forget to take a few breaks during that time as well. Your body needs to rest, and so does your mind.
